Youth Cricket League

The Bolingbrook Cricket League is the only league in Chicagoland that offers a full youth league. We pride ourselves on our commitment to the youth and our efforts to make cricket a sport for all Americans.

Youth League Information

The Bolingbrook Cricket League offers cricket to youth from 6 through 16 years of age.
Our youth cricket league is the foundation the BPL stands on today.  What started with a handful of kids 9 years ago, boasts the youth powerhouse our league is today.

Wickets NOT Tickets program

The Bolingbrook Cricket League has offered it’s “Wickets NOT Tickets” program since 2011.  The program has been a huge success for the youth of our community and their families as it’s a mentorship program through playing cricket.  The program has been supported by DuPage Township and we are very proud to have had this relationship with our Township who truly has made a difference in improving and impacting so many lives in a positive manner.  In the past 8 years we have provided services to over 460 kids that come from all walks of life.  Some of the details of the program are below.

Wickets NOT Tickets 

  • Free of charge for participants of the program.
  • Uniforms provided.
  • All travel and expenses covered for tournaments/camps.
  • Available to kids 10-16 years of age.
  • Available to troubled teens.
  • Available to freshly migrated kids.
  • Available to underprivileged families* (qualification requirement)
  • Learn how to speak English.
  • Mentorship programs.
  • Tutors available for homework.
  • Must be enrolled in school full time.
  • Must be above average student.
  • Attendance is mandatory.
  • Youth must volunteer for fundraising and events.
  • College assistance.
  • Parents must provide a detailed application and permission to be enrolled.
  • Parents must abide by code of ethics.
  • Any violation of the program rules/conditions will result in removal from program.
